Tangrams

A tangram is a seven geometric shapes that Japanese people made. First we had  to explain what a tangram was so that we can make it. Next the teacher gave us wooden tangrams and the whole group got to have a turn. After that our teacher told us that we were gonna make our own tangrams and when we were done with it we had to pass it to our buddies. First we had to get a peace of scrap paper then we had to practice for the real one and the real one was hard.

When we had or scrap piece of paper  we had to draw 7 shapes in a square when I was completed the scrap piece of paper we had to show it to mrs so that we can move on. When I showed it to mrs I got to go on the real one. I got a green piece of paper because I like green. When I did it, I did it with a ruler because I want it to be nicely.

Finally we had to draw the seven shapes and when I was done my drawing I had to cut it out. after I cut it the shapes out I  switched with my buddy he got to do my one and I got to do his one. I felt happy because i finish my one before my buddy.
